Yolanda is the founder of YMS Business Solutions Group, the umbrella for her work in business consulting, leadership and workforce development, executive coaching, branding, and business services. Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2018, Yolanda built a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, holding senior leadership roles across marketing, external engagement, and corporate communications.
That experience shapes the way she works today. She sees the connection between a sound strategy, the people carrying it out, and the results a business desires to achieve.
