Branding 4 Success (B4S) is a business consulting, coaching and professional development company specializing in branding and business growth strategies for entrepreneurs, organizations, and corporate professionals. Through speaking, coaching and online tools, I support entrepreneurs and corporate professionals utilizing proven systems and techniques to develop a powerful personal brand for business growth, and career advancement.

My passion is to empower entrepreneurs and corporate professionals to develop a powerful personal brand and strategic roadmap to create, attract, achieve and sustain success.
I am a highly driven woman who was born to break barriers and prove that when powered by purpose, people are unstoppable. I built my storied life brick by brick, fighting fears, failures, and setbacks to have the success I always knew was mine to claim.
My services include professional speaking, coaching, and corporate training. I help entrepreneurs and professionals to get and stay in business for influence, impact and income.

Before pursuing professional speaking and entrepreneurship, Yolanda held various leadership positions throughout her career in the pharmaceutical industry, earning her numerous awards and recognitions for her innovative work.

Her educational pursuits earned her a Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, in marketing and business analysis, and she obtained her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned an executive leadership certification from Georgetown University and is a certified diversity, equity and inclusion communicator.

Yolanda is married with two children. She enjoys gardening and is a saltwater
aquarium enthusiast.
