I built my life and career brick by brick, pushing through fear, failure, and setbacks to claim the success I always knew was possible. That journey shapes everything we do. And because I want to help others do the same, I founded Branding 4 Success.

Yolanda’s recognition extends broadly. She received the 2025 Stevie Award for Coach or Mentor of the Year, was named a 2024 Inc. Power Partner and Global Brand Analyst of the Year. In 2023, she was named a Top Personal Branding Coache by Coach Foundation and received a 2023 EPSY Award for speaker excellence.
Yolanda is a 4-time best-selling author, earning her the International Impact Book Award for "BRANDfluence", and was named a Top 10 finalist in the Author Elite Awards for “Reputation To Reward.
She is a certified brand analyst and was selected as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Women of Influence,” which recognizes women who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service.
Before pursuing professional speaking and entrepreneurship, Yolanda held various leadership positions throughout her career in the pharmaceutical industry, earning her numerous awards and recognitions for her innovative work.

Her educational pursuits earned her a Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, in marketing and business analysis, and she obtained her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned an executive leadership certification from Georgetown University and is a certified diversity, equity and inclusion communicator.

Yolanda is married with two children and a granddaughter. She enjoys gardening and is a saltwater aquarium enthusiast.
